If you have received a password protected payslip, the password to open it is your Norwegian ID-number / D-number (11 digits).
To complete the onboarding process, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid work permit for Norway along with all the required documents. You will receive information regarding the necessary documents during the process.
Foodora offers a flexible work schedule to its courier partners, allowing them to work at their convenience. Whether you prefer a full-time or a part-time delivery job, you can work as an independent contractor and set your own hours.

As a foodora Courier Partner, you will be the face of our service and will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are delivered safely. While you will receive guidance from the foodora rider app, you will also have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people, including shop owners, restaurant staff, fellow courier partners, and satisfied customers during your delivery assignments.
If you are not able to work your shift you can give it away using the shift swap function at least 72 hours in advance and it will be auto-removed.
You can still give it away using shift-swap less than 72 hours in advance, but then someone else needs to take it, otherwise the shift will remain assigned to you.
For example:
You can use the shift swap function up until 3 days in advance and the shift will be automatically removed. So on Monday, you could remove a shift for Thursday. On Tuesday, it would be too late and someone else needs to take it!
Always remember – 72 hours in advance, the swap is a safe dance, but less than 72 hours in advance, you are taking a chance.
