In these cases the customer often contacts us after the delivery was supposed to happen. In these cases it is important that we can show them that we tried to contact, and deliver to them. It is required that you contact dispatch anytime you cannot reach a customer. The dispatch agents will then tell you the next steps in a situation like this.
