We occasionally receive cases like this. It's important to read this page thoroughly to understand how to prevent it from happening.

Couldn't find the customer?

Did you contact dispatch? Or take a proof of delivery picture? These are crucial steps, always contact dispatch if you encounter an issue like this.

    In these cases the only way to prevent deduction, is if you took a proof of delivery picutre, this feature is here to protect you in cases where the customer claims the food is not delivered. Always take some extra time to take a correct proof of delivery (POD) picture. Other deduction reasons are: not wearing the correct branding, or missing proper equipment.     In these cases the customer often contacts us after the delivery was supposed to happen. In these cases it is important that we can show them that we tried to contact, and deliver to them. It is required that you contact dispatch anytime you cannot reach a customer. The dispatch agents will then tell you the next steps in a situation like this.     Undelivered orders are not paid for

    Orders that are not delivered, and cannot be backed up by a proof of delivery picture, or by dispatch are unfortunately not paid for either, and many of these will result in a suspension. Read more about payments by clicking the button.
