We are interducing a new ticketing system within the Rider app. This change allows us to provide you with faster and more efficient support.

Here’s How You Can Get Support:

  • On Mobile: Open your Rider app and navigate to Rider Support > Contact Us. Fill out the form with your inquiry or issue details.
  • On Desktop: You can also reach out to us via our support page (click here) for desktop inquiries.

We highly encourage you to use these new methods for any future support needs. This will significantly speed up the resolution process, ensuring that your concerns are addressed promptly.
